Bond tender offer to bondholders in DOFSUB07 (ISIN NO 001 0670144)

Reference is made to the Notice from Bondholders' Meeting dated 13 December 2017 issued by DOF Subsea AS regarding "FRN DOF Subsea AS Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 2013/2018".
 
Certain shareholders of DOF ASA, including the main shareholder Møgster Mohn Offshore AS, offer to purchase NOK 100 million of the ISIN NO 001 0670144 FRN DOF Subsea AS Senior Unsecured Callable Bond Issue 2013/2018 from the Bondholders at par value.
 
Completion of the Tender Offer is subject to the conditions for completion of the NOK 500 million private placement of new shares in DOF ASA, as announced by DOF ASA on 28 November 2017, having been satisfied.
