DOF Subsea welcomes subsea industry veteran to COO role

Subsea industry veteran, Raymond P. Semple, joins DOF Subsea as Chief Operating Officer (COO), on October 23rd, 2017.
 
DOF Subsea is pleased to announce that Mr. Raymond P. Semple has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for DOF Subsea, effective October 23rd, 2017.
 
As COO, Mr. Semple will have the entire operational responsibility for DOF Subsea on a strategic level, and be responsible for the company's day-to-day operating activities. Mr. Semple is an experienced leader with more than 26 years' involvement in the oil and gas industry. He holds a Bachelor's Honours Degree in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, UK.
 
Mr. Semple's career spans senior management roles in the subsea sector including project and general management, engineering, construction, partnerships, acquisitions and internal capital expenditure projects. Prior to joining DOF, Mr. Semple was COO of Technip North America's Subsea and Offshore Business Units responsible for all subsea and offshore activities in the North America Region. Mr. Semple joined Technip via Stena Offshore in 1991 and has worked continuously in the Subsea segment, including as the COO of Technip Brazil's Subsea Business Unit.
