Extraordinary general meeting held

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by DOF Subsea AS ("DOF Subsea" or the "Company") dated 27 November 2017 regarding the proposed refinancing, including a contemplated private placement in the Company directed towards DOF ASA raising gross proceeds of NOK 500 million (the "Private Placement") and the stock exchange announcement by DOF ASA dated 21 December 2017 regarding the completion of the private placement in DOF ASA.

The extraordinary general meeting of the Company has today, 21 December 2017, resolved to approve the Private Placement.
