Summons to Bondholders' Meeting

Bondholders holding in excess of 10% of the DOFSUB07 have requested that the Bond Trustee issues a request for a Bondholders' Meeting pursuant to Clause 16 (Bondholders' Meeting) of the Bond Agreement to consider the appointment of new advisors to the Bond Trustee in connection with the contemplated financial restructuring of the Issuer and its subsidiaries.
